On a plan, your monthly minutes are used first; packs cover the rest and one-off events. Every new organization starts with 30 free language-minutes (30 minutes in one language, or 10 in three at once), and practice mode is free. We are currently not registered for Czech VAT (neplátce DPH); no VAT is added or itemized unless applicable tax law requires otherwise — the total price payable is always shown before you order.
